We do have a great opportunity for 3 individuals who are ambitious, passionate, considerate and committed to their craft! 

We have 3 partial scholarships for 3 Camp Assistants.

Here is your chance to get up close and personal with the Coaches!

These Assistants will be helping the main Camp Director (CD), 1st AD (1AD), the Coaches and fellow students.

Each Coach will have one assistant allocated to them and they will be available to them at all times. 
The Assistants may rotate depending on the dynamics of the individuals.

The Camp Director/ Coaches will brief you every morning and debrief you every evening.

What is a Camp Assistant (CA)?:
It may be just to fetch materials for the Coaches, make them a cup of tea, open the windows, close the windows, help with facilitating the classes – who knows where and how they will need you?

The main reason for a CA is to ensure that the Coach can remain focused on the class at all times without having to worry about any distractions.

You will still be participating in the classes of your choice – please be aware that the Coaches needs will be priority.
We (and yourselves) will endeavour to ensure there are not too many interuptions to the class itself, preparation is the key:)

If you are successful in landing a Camp Assistant role your fees will be sliced in half!!! (half of the lowest fee)
You will only pay AUD$697.50 for 5 days of training, accomodation and food!!!

The 3 people who are chosen for these positions must possess the following:
*Quick thinker – has foresight to pre assess situations
*Passionate and ambitious about their craft
*Enthusiastic to excel and move forward in their craft
*Ambitious and willing to help their selected Coach and fellow students
*Sense of care and attention to others
*MUST be available for the entire duration of the Retreat, starting at 5pm on Tuesday evening
* Preferable to have a current First Aid Certificate but not necessary - please mention in your application
